Julie Pendleton

Julie Pendleton currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Circa since October 2023. Prior to this role, Julie held positions as VP National Sales Manager and Marketing and Sales Consultant at General Investment & Development from November 2022 to July 2023, focusing on enhancing traffic and revenue for Harry’s Table by Cipriani and Bellini in New York City. From March 2013 to 2022, Julie was Vice President National Sales Manager at Windsor Corporate Suites/Windsor Communities, where Julie was instrumental in establishing the division, which expanded to 3,500 corporate and furnished apartments, generating over $15 million in annual revenue. Earlier experience includes a tenure as National Sales Manager at Windsor Communities/Windsor Corporate Suites from August 1994 to February 2013. Julie holds a degree from Denison University.
