Mike Fay

Mike Fay possesses extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Shift Manager at Circa Resort & Casino Las Vegas since October 2020. Prior roles include Director of Table Games at Jerry's Nugget, where five years of record revenues were generated and department EBITDA doubled in the first two years. Mike Fay also held various supervisory positions at Penn National Gaming and the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino, specializing in poker and table games management. Previous experience includes a stint as a middle school teacher and finance/auditing roles at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Mike Fay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Education from Christopher Newport University.
