Cecilia Ogude

Cecilia Ogude has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of DEI at Circana. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they played a key role in increasing representation and fostering inclusivity. Cecilia also worked as a Global HR Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase, leading initiatives for organizational improvement and change. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, Accenture, and McKinsey & Company, focusing on HR, technology, and change management projects. Cecilia's expertise spans multiple industries, including financial services, consumer goods, and public services.

Cecilia Ogude earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from New York University from 1999 to 2004. Cecilia also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2004.
