Kathryn Hayes

Kathryn Hayes possesses extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Interim Quality & Risk Manager at Circle Health Group since May 2017. In addition, Kathryn has held the position of Lead Recovery Practitioner in Theatres. Prior to this, Kathryn worked at BMI Sarum Road Winchester from October 2005 to July 2023, initially as a Registered Nurse and later as Lead Recovery Practitioner. Previous roles include Transfusion Practitioner within the NHS from February 2013 to May 2017. Kathryn's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Adult Nursing from the University of Southampton and a BA Hons in Media and Film Studies with Business Studies from King Alfred's College Winchester.
