Co-Founder at Circle In

Jodi Geddes is the Co-Founder of Circle In, a digital employee benefits platform that aims to create a better working world for caregivers. Jodi launched the platform in 2017 with colleague Kate Pollard and has since achieved significant global scaling and user growth.

Prior to founding Circle In, Jodi worked at National Australia Bank (NAB) from 2011 to 2017, holding various roles. Jodi served as the General Manager of Corporate Responsibility from 2016 to 2017, where they managed strategic projects related to business operations and communication. Jodi was also the Executive Manager to Group Executive Michaela Healey from 2013 to 2016, providing support across diverse areas.

At NAB, Jodi worked as a People Partner in 2012 and also assumed the role of Head of Sponsorship and Events from 2011 to 2012. In this position, they were responsible for developing, managing, and delivering the enterprise-wide sponsorship and events strategy.

Before joining NAB, Jodi worked at Foster's Group as the National Trade Marketing Manager for Spirits and Wine from 2004 to 2006. In this role, they managed the customer marketing team and focused on driving process improvements across the portfolio.

Jodi's earlier experience includes a role at Visa as the Global Sponsorship Manager for the 2003 Rugby World Cup from 2001 to 2003. In this position, they collaborated with teams across different countries to develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy.

Overall, Jodi Geddes has a diverse background in corporate responsibility, strategy development, sponsorship management, and marketing.

From 1995 to 1997, Jodi Geddes attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree. During their time there, they double majored in Marketing and PR.
