Jim Shields

Jim Shields has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jim started as a commercial account executive at Circle Insurance Services Plc in 1994 and was later appointed as the local Scottish Director. In 2001, they joined the Main Board of Directors. In their role as Group Managing Director, Jim works closely with the Chairman and other Directors to establish the overall direction of the company. Jim provides operational leadership on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for the profitability of the business. Prior to their time at Circle Insurance, Jim was a Director at Forth & Clyde Insurance Services Ltd from 1989 to 1994.

Jim Shields attended Douglas Academy but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
