Lead Software Engineer at CircleBlack

Crystal Mora has worked in a variety of positions since 2004. Crystal began their career as an Assistant Instructor at the World Martial Arts Academy in 2004. In 2007, they became a Receptionist/Registrar at Eastwick College. From 2010 to 2013, Crystal worked at NYU Tandon School of Engineering in a variety of roles, including Introduction to Cell and Molecular Biology/Introduction to Physiology Teaching Assistant, Wechsler Grant Researcher, General Studies Office Assistant, and Chemical and Biological Sciences Department, Cell Tissue Culture Research Volunteer. In 2013, they became a Research Associate I at VA Health Services Research & Development Service, and in 2015 they became a Lab Manager at Mount Sinai Health System. In 2018, Crystal began working as a Software Engineer at CircleBlack, Inc., where they work on both the backend and front end, deals with highly organised financial information, and is part of the team that completely overhauled the UI from AngarJS to React. Crystal has also assisted in mentoring college students who worked on minor projects that could prove useful for integrations.

Crystal Mora attended Fullstack Academy in 2018 to study Full Stack Web Development. Prior to that, they attended New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomolecular Science, with a minor in Business Technology Management.
