Mikhail Rogov

Mikhail Rogov has over 18 years of work experience. Mikhail began their career in 2003 as a paid intern at Security Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) in Brooklyn, NY, where they designed and developed a complex application that analyzed keystroke logs and tools that enabled the migration of large objects from one database to another. In 2005, they joined Scivantage as a Junior Developer, supporting middle tier applications and batch processes for a Banc of America wealth management website. Mikhail then became Lead Developer and was responsible for conversions of Jefferies and Deutsche Bank to the new Maxit platform, obtaining basic understanding of cost basis rules, and building scripts around DTCC/CBRS processes in Maxit Cost basis system. In 2008, they were promoted to Director and then to Senior Director in 2012, where they managed the dev team responsible for rewriting the core engine for Maxit Cost basis and the dev team responsible for rewriting lotextractor. In 2020, they joined Refinitiv, an LSEG business, as Senior Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of two complex systems: Maxit Tax and Maxit Cost Basis. Most recently, they were appointed Vice President of Engineering at CircleBlack, Inc. in 2021.

Mikhail Rogov attended Binghamton University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
