Victor S. has a wealth of work experience. Victor began their career in 2008 as a Junior Project Manager at TI-Consultores S.A. In 2012, they moved to Desarrollos Inmobiliarios S.A. as a Strategic Finance Manager - SP&A. In 2015, they became a North America Regional Associate & SME Public Policy Expert at Emerge. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Affordable Housing Institute as an Associate Consultant and Project Consultant. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Brown Advisory as a Private Client Associate. Currently, they are the Director of Business Operations at CircleBlack, Inc.

Victor S. has a diverse educational background, having earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University with concentrations in Finance and Strategy, a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Georgetown University, a degree in Economics with a focus on Macroeconomics from the Universidad Centroamericana in Managua, and a Maestría en Políticas Públicas y Gerenciamiento del Desarrollo from the Universidad Nacional de San Martín with a focus on Public Policy Analysis. Victor has also obtained several certifications, including PM9001x: Project Management Life Cycle, PM9002x: Best Practices for Project Management Success, PM9003x: International Project Management, and an edX Verified Certificate for Analytical Problem Solving and Design Thinking from Rochester Institute of Technology and edX, respectively.
