Ananth Makaram

Ananth Makaram has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ananth currently works at CircleCI as a Sr Technology Partner Manager, where they are responsible for the strategy, improvement, and daily execution of the CircleCI Technology Partner Program. Prior to their current role, Ananth worked at Guidewire Software as a Technical Director, Solution Alliances, Corporate Strategy. In this role, they drove the integration strategy for the Partner ecosystem and managed the AWS technical relationship. Ananth also designed Tech recipes and processes to help Partners develop their applications with low cost and predictability for the InsurTech Partner ecosystem. Before joining Guidewire Software, Ananth held the position of Alliances Product Manager, ISV Platform Partnerships at Automation Anywhere, where they focused on developing the ISV Partnership ecosystem and launching partnership product offerings. Ananth also worked at Oracle in various roles, including Cloud Business Architect / ISV Partner Sales and Partner Solution Architect, ISV Embedded Business. At Oracle, they were responsible for defining ISV Data Center to Cloud Migration strategy, Cloud Business transformation, and Cloud Partnership Strategy. Ananth helped influence the adoption of Oracle's technology and cost benefits into the Product Road Maps of Independent Software Vendors. Earlier in their career, Ananth worked at Informatica as a Solution Architect, Strategic Accounts, and at TIBCO as a Sr. Sales Consultant, where they influenced TIBCO Platform adoption and technology investment decisions. Ananth also worked at the Interstage Business Unit, Fujitsu, as a Sr. Sales Consultant, and at Oracle Consulting Division, Technology Business Unit, as a Principal Consultant, where they were a subject matter expert and solution architect in the Technology Business Unit of Oracle Consulting.

Ananth Makaram obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Technology from Indiana State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Ananth has obtained several certifications, including Developing Business Partnerships from LinkedIn in April 2023, Business Development: Strategic Planning from LinkedIn in October 2020, and Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms from LinkedIn in October 2020. Ananth also holds a certification in TOGAF, although the institution and date of obtaining the certification are not specified.
