Cristin Andersen

Cristin Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cristin is currently working as a Staff HRIS Analyst at CircleCI since August 2021. In this role, they lead the implementation of the Workday system, provides post-production support and enhancements, and trains the team on Workday best practices.

Prior to that, Cristin worked at Mozilla from 2017 to 2021. Cristin started as a Senior HRIS Business Analyst and was later promoted to Staff HRIS Analyst. In these roles, they mentored peers and stakeholders, delivered a scalable security model, and designed frameworks for project intake and API integrations. Cristin also served as a People Systems Architect, where they applied system-level thinking and designed robust and scalable architectures.

From 2016 to 2017, Cristin worked at AppDynamics as a Senior HRIS Analyst. Here, they designed and supported benefit integrations and employee self-service platforms.

In 2016, Cristin briefly worked at Adecco Staffing, USA as a Global Workday Analyst for Lumileds Holdings B.V. Their responsibilities included driving solutions to enhance employee and manager self-service and managing the system.

Before that, Cristin worked at Public Storage from 2010 to 2016. Cristin played a key role in leading the implementation of Workday and delivering a functional employee and manager self-service product. Cristin also streamlined leave and benefit processes, created support cases, and maintained HR systems.

In addition to their corporate experience, Cristin held roles at PIHRA Pasadena and Lawry's Restaurants Inc., where they served as a Treasurer and Human Resource Coordinator, respectively. Cristin also worked at Trader Joe's as a Crew Member and temporarily as a Human Resource Assistant.

Overall, Cristin Andersen has a strong background in HRIS analysis, system architecture, and process improvement, with a focus on Workday implementation, support, and training.

Cristin Andersen received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration/Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from California State University, Los Angeles. Cristin attended the university from 2007 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Cristin obtained the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) from CertiProf in December 2020. Cristin earned the 401k Fiduciary certification from DrinkerBiddle in 2013, and the CPR & First Aid Training certification from EMS Safety in 2013 as well. Additionally, they obtained the OSHA 1926 Certification from OSHA in April 2012.
