Ryan Wong

Ryan Wong has a strong background in technical accounting and external reporting. Ryan is currently working as the Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting at CircleCI since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at Broadcom Inc. from July 2018 to June 2021.

Before their role at Broadcom Inc., Ryan worked at KPMG US as an Audit Manager from January 2011 to June 2018. During this time, they served as the lead senior in-charge in the audit of a top 50 US SEC registered commercial bank. Ryan was responsible for planning, designing, and monitoring the audit strategy, as well as delivering reports in accordance with PCAOB, US GAAP, and SOX 404 requirements. Ryan also worked as the lead senior in-charge on private equity funds engagements, where they handled planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of financial statement reports.

Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Paralegal at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from September 2008 to November 2009. In this role, they facilitated the discovery phase of litigation by assigning document review projects to attorneys and managed document review trackers to track progress. Ryan also assisted the head attorney for depositions by setting up deposition preparation procedures.
