Randy Johal

Randy Johal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In recent years, they served as the Head of Talent for Circle Medical - a UCSF Health Affiliate. Prior to that, they were the VP of Talent, L&D, and Total Rewards at Incorta. Randy also worked as a Consultant in Talent Acquisition and L&D at Berkeley Lights, Inc.

Before transitioning into talent and learning roles, Randy held executive positions at Systech International and Navis, where they served as the SVP of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Talent Acquisition & People Ops, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Randy gained experience in product management as the Sr. Director at Infor and the Director of Learning and Development at Zendesk. Randy also held managerial roles in learning and training at Advent Software, Inc., Nextance, Inc., and BroadVision, Inc.

Randy Johal completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire from 1985 to 1988.
