Ashima Gera Kulkarni

Ashima Gera Kulkarni has extensive work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Ashima is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Circles.Life since 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Telstra from 2017 to 2022, including Principal, Engineering Principal - Networks and IT, and Program Director - High Performance Software Engineering.

Before joining Telstra, Ashima worked as a Principal Consultant at Infosys from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on digital and DevOps transformation strategies. Ashima also gained experience as an Implementation Lead at Reliance Jio Infocomm Pvt. Ltd from 2014 to 2016, where they managed infrastructure planning, build, and operationalization for mission-critical applications.

Ashima's earlier roles include working as a Telecom Business/Technology Consultant and PMO for Telecom Network Roll-Out & Service Delivery at Lacewood Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2014. Ashima also served as a Business Partner & Trainer at Wiztel Trainings from 2011 to 2014, where they provided telecom network training for service providers and educational institutes.

Prior to that, Ashima held managerial positions at Idea Cellular Ltd. from 2008 to 2011, where they focused on national and international roaming network planning and engineering, and at TATA Communications Ltd. (formerly VSNL) from 2007 to 2008, where they specialized in signaling network design. Ashima began their career as a Telecom Network Planner at Reliance Communications in 2003, where they were involved in planning and engineering of CDMA core telecom networks.
