Lee Yong Hui has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2012, they worked as a Trainee in the Department of Human Resources at Lii Hen Furniture Sdn Bhd. Following that, in 2015, they interned at Oyeah Media Sdn Bhd, where they were responsible for broadcasting, video editing, and designing.
In 2016, at Cleanpro Laundry Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Lee Yong Hui worked as an Ecommerce Executive, reporting to the CEO. They were responsible for building an ecommerce department from scratch and expanding the business from offline to online. They also managed an exhibition project.
At GroupM, starting in 2019, Lee Yong Hui held the role of Performance Marketing, where they managed digital campaigns for various local and international brands at Mediacom and Wavemaker. They were also a Team Leader for Performance Marketing, leading the team from November 2020 to April 2021.
From 2021 to 2023, Lee Yong Hui worked at Speedhome.com. Initially, they held the Senior Team Lead position in the Marketing Department for a year. They then transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager/Performance Marketing Manager, collaborating with the head of marketing in transforming the marketing team into a data-driven and result-driven one. Some of their responsibilities included overseeing daily operations such as CRO, CRM, paid media, social content creation, and production.
Currently, they hold the position of Performance Marketing Manager at Mechanikos and Performance Marketing Lead at Circles, where they manage performance marketing for Circles Life Australia and work closely with the head of regional performance marketing on performance campaign planning for new market/product launching.
Lee Yong Hui obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, completing the program between 2012 and 2015.
