Lisa Punter-Dailey, M.S., GCDF has over 15 years of experience in the field of training and development. In 2021, they began working as an Online Emotional Support Group Facilitator for Circles - Online Group Support. In 2020, they became a Training Program Developer Consultant for the Repatriation Program at International Social Service, USA Branch and a Career Readiness Facilitator for From Prison Cells To PhD. Lisa then attended Lincoln University from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Health Education. In 2001 to 2003, they obtained their Master of Science in Health Care Management from St. Joseph's University New York. In 2011 to 2012, they obtained an Electronic Health Specialist Certificate from Community College of Baltimore County and a Practice Workflow & Redesign Specialist for HIM from HITECH. In 2015 to 2016, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from University of Maryland Global Campus.
