As the Chief Customer Officer at Circonus, John oversees the entirety of the customers’ experience no matter where they are in their digital journey. He is a technology executive who prioritizes customer needs and aligns capabilities, priorities, and investments to help organizations achieve unique business outcomes and realize continuous value from Circonus’ market-leading platform.

John has over 20 years of experience in SaaS and B2B software, having helped thousands of organizations leverage disruptive technology to achieve rapid growth, drive innovation, and deliver differentiated customer experiences. He has worked with both startups and large organizations, including Intuit, the City of New York, and Dell Technologies.

Most recently, John served as the VP of Global Technologies at Boomi, where he led Solutions Engineering, Partner Success, and the Office of the CTO. During his tenure, the company underwent significant growth and global expansion, its customer base from less than 100 to over 20,000, and ultimately being acquired by Francisco Partners and TPG in a deal valued at $4 billion USD.

John lives in Phoenixville, PA with his wife and two children. During their free time, they love traveling the world together and exploring the outdoors, whether hiking, paddling, or any and all activities that connect them with nature.
