Traynham Matheson

Traynham Matheson has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering sector. Traynham started their career in 1997 as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Siemens Automotive, where they were responsible for production and quality control. Traynham then worked at Continental Automotive as an Engineering Manager, overseeing two different departments and managing a large number of manufacturing and assembly equipment. Matheson later joined Northrop Grumman Company as an Engineer IV, leading the design of aircraft carrier electronic cooling water systems. Traynham continued their career at Continental as a Sr. Staff Engineer, where they managed a team and played a key role in a multimillion-dollar production line project. Traynham then worked at Dart Container as a Plant Production Manager/Operational Excellence Leader, managing a high-volume manufacturing value stream. Matheson also served as a Plant Engineer Manager/Operational Excellence Leader, leading a plant expansion project.
