Karen Lindner has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Employer Branding. In 2014, they began their career at Roland Berger as an HR Senior Specialist, Working Student Recruiting/University Marketing, and Intern Human Resources/University Marketing & Employer Branding. In 2018, they moved to UnternehmerTUM GmbH - Center for Innovation and Business Creation at TUM as a Senior Consultant Recruiting & Employer Branding. In 2021, they joined Crealytics as the Interim Head of HR, leading and growing the HR team and driving the company's growth in Germany, US, India, and remote. Karen was responsible for shaping a great employee experience by ensuring successful employee onboarding, retention, training & development, and performance management. Karen also served as a strategic partner and advisor to the leadership team for all people-related topics. Currently, they are the VP People & Culture at Circula.

Karen Lindner is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategy, Innovation & Leadership at Steinbeis School of Management and Innovation, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they attended SDA Bocconi, where they studied Corporate Strategy, Corporate Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Innovation. From 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Certified Business Economist from FernUniversität in Hagen in Business Administration and Management, General. Karen also holds a Master of Arts in American History, Culture & Society, which they obtained from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität M\u00fcnchen between 2012 and 2014. Her education history began with a Bachelor of Arts in British and American Studies & Economics from the University of Konstanz, which they completed between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Karen has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Building High-Performance Teams (2021) and Change Management (2021).
