Juan González

Juan González is the current Manager of London City at Circular. Prior to this, they were with Fon from March 2016 to October 2018, where they served as Recruitment & HR. During their time with Fon, they executed hiring plans with over 30 successful hires accomplished in a business year. Additionally, they were responsible for aligning employee performance reviews with training strategy and implementing a yearly budget of over €100k to train, develop and retain key employees. Juan also upgraded HR tools to enhance the employee and candidate experience.

Before Fon, Juan González was with IONIQ Group from November 2013 to August 2015. Juan was part of the founding team of appiris, which was acquired by AppLift. Appiris was a mobile app marketing platform that empowered mobile app advertisers to acquire and re-engage quality users at scale. Prior to IONIQ Group, they interned in Strategy and COO Latam team for BBVA from July 2012 to July 2013.

Juan González's educational career began with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Juan then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Development from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. Finally, they completed their schooling at St. Paul's School in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
