Kate Connell

Kate Connell has extensive work experience in various roles related to people and culture. Kate is currently working at Circularity First, where they started as a Human Resources Advisor in December 2021 and later became the People Operations Manager in August 2022. Kate is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture. Previously, they worked at Morrisons as a People Manager from October 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at LMP Education as an HR Tutor from March 2019 to August 2020. Kate also has experience as a Leadership & Management Trainer at Working Links, where they created and delivered bespoke training programs. Kate has a military background and served in the Royal Navy as a Petty Officer and in various military roles from February 1999 to July 2018.

Kate Connell has a diverse education history in various fields. In 2018, they obtained qualifications from CIPD in Human Resources Management. In the same year, they also pursued Leadership and Management studies at the Chartered Management Institute.
