Bharat VR currently serves as Vice President and Practice Head at XTGlobal, Inc., a position held since June 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Enterprise Architect at ProQuest from May 2012 to May 2013, and ERP Consultant at both Sony DADC (January 2010 to May 2012) and Masco Corporation (January 2009 to January 2010). Bharat also worked as a Research Assistant at IIT Stuart School of Business from August 2007 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, alongside studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management, with ongoing education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2023 to 2024.
