Jaxon Castillo

Jaxon Castillo currently serves as a Support Engineer for both Cireson and Tikit by Cireson, starting in September 2023, where responsibilities include ensuring Tier 1 Support KPIs are met and delivering support for incoming queries related to Cireson products while developing subject matter expertise and interfacing with customers globally. Prior experience includes a role as a Network Infrastructure Intern at ONEOK from May 2023 to September 2023, focusing on vSphere, VMware management, active directory, and server administration tasks. Additionally, Jaxon worked as a Student Computer Technician at Oklahoma State University from January 2021 to February 2023, addressing IT incidents in the College of Arts and Sciences and gaining experience with Active Directory and TCP/IP. Jaxon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University, completed in May 2023.
