Neal Hofmann

Neal Hofmann is currently working as the Operations & Strategy for a healthcare startup in stealth mode with a mission to reduce market inefficiencies at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, and transportation. Prior to this role, Neal worked as a Program Manager at Cirium, overseeing PMO strategy, data platform investments, and data & analytics programs. Neal also has experience as an Engineering Manager & Technical Program Manager at Steelcase, where Neal led teams responsible for engineering, supplier, and contractor oversight of various product portfolios. Neal holds a B.S. in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.
