Shawn Mayers has worked in the analytics and marketing fields since 2010. Shawn began their career at the Massachusetts Medical Society as a Member Processor, then moving up to Senior Member Processor and Member Data Administrator. In 2014, they joined Harte Hanks as a Marketing Campaign Developer, then a Jr. Marketing Campaigns Analyst, Senior Marketing Campaign Developer, and Marketing Campaign Manager. In 2017, they became the Marketing Analytics Manager at Destination XL Group, Inc. and in 2019, they were promoted to Senior Data Analyst at Epsilon. Currently, they are the Analytics Manager at Cirkul.

Shawn Mayers obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Statistics, with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut between 2004 and 2008. Shawn then pursued a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) from Harvard University Extension School from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, Shawn earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts - Boston. In addition, Shawn has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and SAS, including Power BI Essential Training (2021), Python for Data Visualization (2020), The Essential Elements of Predictive Analytics and Data Mining (2020), SAS Programming 1: Essentials (2020), SAS Programming for R Users, Part 2 (2019), Business Analytics Foundations: Predictive, Prescriptive, and Experimental Analytics (2019), Marketing Analytics: Setting and Measuring KPIs (2019), and Marketing Analytics: Segmentation and Testing (2019).
