Lalit Dudeja

Lalit Dudeja has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lalit currently works at CirrusLabs as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition (North America) at CirrusLabs from August 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining CirrusLabs, Dudeja worked at Orpine Inc as the Director of TA (Global Delivery) starting in March 2019.

Dudeja began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Primus Software Corp. in September 2006 and later worked as a Recruiting Manager at iGate Mastech from May 2007 to April 2008.

Lalit Dudeja has a diverse education history. Lalit attended Sharda Niketan Saraswati Vihar from 1988 to 2001, where they completed their schooling with a focus on History and Political Science. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Delhi University from 2003 to 2006, majoring in History and Political Science. Lalit then continued their education at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from 2007 to 2009.
