Mauricio Meyer

Mauricio Meyer has extensive work experience in various technology and management roles. Mauricio is currently working as a Technology Delivery Director at CirrusLabs since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager at CirrusLabs from October 2018 to September 2021, where they were responsible for program management and driving alignment on goals and priorities. In this role, they also created and executed a communication strategy.

Before joining CirrusLabs, Mauricio worked at Vale, where they held multiple positions. From July 2014 to October 2018, they worked as an IT Program Manager - Global HR, leading projects in the Human Resources portfolio. During their tenure, they initiated a global HR project from Vale HQ in Brazil and managed the implementation of Peoplesoft 9 globally. Mauricio also served as the Global Corporate Applications Manager from July 2011 to June 2014, overseeing application support service delivery for 400 SaaS and on-premise applications.

Prior to Vale, Mauricio worked at IBM as a Global Delivery Manager for PeopleSoft projects and OS support from March 2005 to June 2011. Mauricio led global implementation and upgrade projects for PeopleSoft products and services, resolving technical issues and guiding customers through complex situations.

Before IBM, Mauricio worked at Corio Inc as a Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator from December 1999 to May 2005. In this role, they planned, coordinated, and managed support for ongoing implementations, including major implementations for clients such as United Nations and Visa International.

Mauricio's early career includes roles such as a Support Analyst at Peoplesoft from July 1998 to November 1999, where they excelled in customer satisfaction ratings and provided support on technical issues of application development. Mauricio also worked as an Account Manager at Servidyne from March 1997 to June 1998, managing development and deployment projects and providing functional and technical support.

Mauricio Meyer has a diverse educational background in both business management and engineering. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University in 1994. In 2018, they received a certificate in MIT's Approach to Design Thinking from Emeritus. Additionally, Mauricio completed a Management Certificate Program in Business Administration and Management, General from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification from Scrum.org in February 2020.
