Andrew Kelly has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering and medical technology fields. Andrew has held various leadership positions, including Vice Chairman of the Phoenix Chapter at the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, Director of Applications Engineering at Cirtec Medical, and Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board at the Center for NeuroTechnology (CNT). Andrew has also served as the Workshop Committee Chair of the Phoenix Chapter at IEEE - Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked as an IC/System Architect & IC Design Engineer at Cactus Semiconductor Inc. and as a Senior Principal IC Design Engineer at Medtronic Microelectronics Center. Andrew began their career as a Failure Analysis, Reliability, & Product Engineer at General Electric / Harris Semiconductor.

Andrew Kelly began their education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1982, where they studied electrical engineering. Andrew then transferred to New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1983 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988.
