Charisse Pau has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Operations Director for Cisco's Service Provider division since November 2008. Prior roles at Cisco included Client Director and Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing transformative initiatives, driving innovative technology adoption through high-level engagements, and crafting joint sales strategies with significant clients like the PLDT Group. Previous experience includes a Corporate Account Manager position at Microsoft, focusing on the communications and financial services sectors, as well as a Technology Account Manager role at Fujitsu Philippines Inc., where Charisse developed systems integration business for major telecommunications companies. Charisse holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from De La Salle University.
