Havovi Tavadia

Havovi Tavadia has over two decades of experience in the technology and automotive industries, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Cisco, focusing on the US Commercial sector in the Great Lakes region since May 2014. In this role, Tavadia oversees the relationship and business for clients in metro-Detroit and northern Ohio, leading a high-performing team while fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust. Previous positions include Select Account Manager and Client Services Manager at Cisco, where Tavadia achieved significant growth and enhanced service relevance for numerous clients. Prior to Cisco, Tavadia held various roles at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company, including Account Manager and Applications Engineer, and contributed to successful vehicle projects for major automakers. Tavadia holds an MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The Armand Hammer United World College.
