Kelly Jones

Kelly Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Cisco, Kelly has previously held the role of SVP, Global Head of Talent Solutions at Cisco Systems, and also served as VP Global Leader of Talent Acquisition and Mobility. Kelly's consulting experience includes work as a Talent Acquisition Leader for Progress Energy. Additionally, Kelly held positions as Principal at PINPOINT Resource Group and Recruiting and Talent Management Lead at Tri-QSI, as well as Vice President of Sales Operations at Metamor Worldwide.
