Reed Kojic

Reed Kojic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Cisco since 2013. In this role, Reed leads the development and implementation of transformative talent strategies on a global scale, fostering high-performance and purpose-driven practices within the organization. Previous positions at Cisco include Senior Director of People & Communities, Director of People Consulting & Intelligence, and Director of HR Business Partners, where Reed spearheaded various HR initiatives, change management strategies, and talent solutions across multiple business units. Prior work experience includes leading people strategies at Robert Half and McKesson, along with providing HR consulting services to numerous organizations. Reed holds a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a BS in Business/HR Management from Western Governors University.
