Scott McGuckin

Scott McGuckin is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Internal Movement and Mobility at Cisco since November 2021, Scott oversees a global team focused on professional recruiting, internal movement, and global mobility. Previously, Scott held senior roles at Wells Fargo, overseeing talent acquisition across multiple banking sectors, and at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included managing a national team responsible for filling approximately 60,000 requisitions annually. Earlier career roles include leadership positions at Point Loma Nazarene University and Franklin Templeton Investments, where Scott contributed to the development of global recruitment strategies and managed talent programs. Scott holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.
