Yury Skanavy

Yury Skanavy is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in cloud workflow technologies and system integrations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Cisco since October 2024, Yury plays a key role as a technical leader in the workflow functionality of a cloud workflow engine. Prior to this, Yury was a Cisco Developer at High Tech Genesis, focusing on the Intersight workflow engine and porting Java to Golang for device provisioning. Yury's prior experience includes a Senior Software Developer role at Veeva Systems, where business features for the Veeva Vault platform were developed, and significant contributions at TIBCO Software, serving as an Architect/Principal Engineer specializing in data conversion connectors for IBM mainframe systems. Yury's career began at ObjectStar Group as a Systems Analyst, contributing to integrated development environments. Yury holds a Master's degree in Applied Math and Computer Science from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
