Cynthia Thangarajah

Cynthia Thangarajah has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cynthia started their career in 2015 as a Research Interviewer at Nielsen, where they conducted research interviews. In 2016, they joined Apple as a Technical Support Representative, providing technical assistance to customers. In 2018, Cynthia joined Goodfood Market as a Delivery Specialist, later transitioning to the role of Customer Service Supervisor. Cynthia acted as the primary liaison between the Logistics Team and 3PL partners as a Logistics Analyst, preprocessing and transforming data for insightful reporting. Currently, Cynthia works at Cision as a Client Success Operations Analyst.

Cynthia Thangarajah obtained a Diploma in Data Science from BrainStation in 2022. Cynthia also attended Concordia University in 2021 and 2022, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified. Prior to that, they received a DEC in Interactive Media Arts from Dawson College from 2013 to 2016. Cynthia has additional certifications in Design Databases with PostgreSQL and Learn SQL from Codecademy, which were obtained in April 2022.
