Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA at Cision

Fabiola Romero has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Fabiola began their career in 2008 as a Social Educator in a Day Centre aimed at patients with autistic spectrum disorder at Fondazione Istituto Sacra Famiglia Onlus. Fabiola then moved on to Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi, where they served as a Social Educator in a Day Centre aimed at patients with terminal conditions through an internship program. In 2011, they worked as an HR Advisor at Grupo Servipublic.

Fabiola's experience in talent acquisition started in 2015 at Little Ones UK Ltd, where they served as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Fabiola then took on the role of Business Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they joined JCDecaux as a Talent Acquisition Assistant for temporary cover before transitioning to Cision, where they currently hold the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In August 2021, they were promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA.

Fabiola Romero's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2007, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

From 2004 to 2008, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Education at the same institution.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Fabiola has also earned two certifications. In December 2022, they completed the Management Foundations Program offered by Cision. In June 2022, they became a Mental Health First Aider certified by MHFA England®.
