Mikael Wikström

Mikael Wikström is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in sourcing and technical recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for Sourcing at Warner Bros. Discovery, Mikael has held key roles as Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior experience includes a Senior Technical Recruiter III position at Amazon Web Services, as well as roles at Schibsted Media Group, Klarna, and Centric Sweden, where Mikael focused on product and technology recruitment. Academically, Mikael holds a Diploma in Engineering, Networks Systems from Nackademin and a high school diploma in the social-science program with an economic branch from Brännkyrka gymnasium.
