Rosey S.

Rosey S. has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Rosey currently works as a Product Manager at Cision since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at the same company from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Cision, Rosey worked at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) as a Technical Project Manager from July 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they led cross-functional teams in migrating critical campus services to AWS cloud and SaaS solutions.

From November 2018 to June 2019, Rosey worked at HaptX Inc., a VR hardware startup, as an Engineering Project Manager. Rosey was responsible for creating and enabling the software development lifecycle and building interactive virtual reality software projects.

Rosey also has experience at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they held multiple roles. From March 2017 to November 2018, they served as a Principal Product Manager, leading teams in developing an iOS app and mobile framework for PG&E field workforce. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager - Expert and Senior Scrum Master in the mobile division.

At Chevron, Rosey worked as a Sr. Project Manager/Business Analyst from March 2014 to March 2016, leading the mobile program for the Downstream sales teams. Rosey also served as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in the Energy Solutions division, where they designed and rolled out a knowledge management and project tracking database and developed a self-service business analytics dashboard.

Rosey's early career includes working at Avanade as a Business Analyst - Senior Consultant from August 2008 to March 2012. In this role, they collaborated with reservoir engineers and product owners to create user stories and developed training curriculums and marketing materials for a custom enterprise application.

Rosey S. completed their undergraduate education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. In addition to their formal education, Rosey also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Mountain Goat Software. In 2019, they completed the courses Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects, and Managing Project Risks and Changes from the University of California, Irvine. Rosey also obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Second Edition) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the same year. Most recently, in 2021, Rosey obtained the Agile Estimating and Planning certification from Mountain Goat Software, and in 2023, they acquired the Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io.
