Bonny K. is an accomplished professional in enterprise learning and talent development, currently serving as AVP at First Citizens Bank since February 2021. With experience at CIT as AVP for Leadership, Learning and Development, and as AVP for Program Manager within Global Accounting Operations, Bonny focuses on building critical skills for the future of finance.
