Wanderley Ravagnani Junior has been with CI&T since February 2003, holding various titles such as VP, Digital Solutions and Global Account Management, Global Account Manager, Global Operational Manager, Scrum Master, Software Architect, and Developer and Team Leader. Responsible for managing projects with Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, and other important clients, Wanderley has extensive experience in Agile processes, metrics, pre-sales, staffing, and financial results. Additionally, Wanderley worked as a professor at IBTA and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
