Emilie Bo

Emilie Bo has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Emilie joined Citadel Securities in November 2020 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on the APAC region. Prior to that, they worked at SoftBank Investment Advisers from July 2019 to November 2020 as an HR Business Partner, primarily responsible for Greater China. Before that, they worked at LimeTree Capital Partners as the Director and Head of HR for China Car Park Fund from October 2017 to June 2019. Emilie also gained valuable experience at Deutsche Bank, where they held multiple roles including China Talent & Development Lead and HR Business Advisor for Asset & Wealth Management from September 2015 to October 2017. Emilie also worked as a Global Graduate Program & HR Business Partner at Deutsche Bank from July 2011 to September 2015. Emilie'scareer began at Mercer in November 2009 as a consultant focusing on Retirement, Risk, and Finance.

Emilie Bo completed their education at various institutions. Emilie obtained their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from East China Normal University. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Program in Business Administration at Montclair State University. For their secondary education, Emilie Bo received a High School Diploma from South West Weiyu Middle School.
