George Hilios has a diverse work experience in various engineering leadership roles. George is currently working as the Engineering Leader - Platform at Citadel Securities. Prior to this, they worked at Two Sigma as an Engineering Leader, leading a Data Engineering group focused on enabling researchers to iterate rapidly on large datasets. George also co-founded Stepwise Investments, where they served as the Chief Engineer, responsible for building the custom software powering their algorithms.
