Marianne Boecher

Marianne Boecher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Marianne is currently serving as the Director, People - Australia at Citadel Securities since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nomura from February 2012 to August 2019, first as a Human Resources Advisor and then as the Head of Human Resources. Before joining Nomura, they were a Business Manager at BlackRock from October 2010 to January 2012. Marianne also gained valuable experience at Citadel where they held multiple positions including Human Resources Manager, Asia from January 2009 to October 2010, Senior Recruiter, Hong Kong & Japan from January 2007 to December 2008, and Recruiting Coordinator, Hong Kong & Japan from February 2006 to December 2007.

Marianne Boecher has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Sydney. Marianne also has studied Finance at UC Berkeley Extension. In addition, they hold a certification in Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessments institution.
