Matthew Steinert

Matthew Steinert began their work experience in 2006 as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Matthew then moved to Merrill Lynch in 2007, where they also worked as an Analyst. In 2008, Matthew joined Prout International as a VP, a role they held until 2012. During this time, Matthew also pursued an MBA at the INSEAD MBA Programme from 2012 to 2013. Following their MBA, Matthew joined McKinsey & Company in 2013 as an Associate. Matthew later advanced to the role of Engagement Manager in 2015 and then Associate Partner in 2016. Matthew left McKinsey & Company in 2021 and joined Citadel Securities as the Head of US Equities Business Development. In 2022, they were promoted to Head of Business Development - Americas.

Matthew Steinert attended Phillips Academy from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Harvard University. In 2012 to 2013, Matthew completed their education by attaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD.
