Terry Leung

Terry Leung has extensive work experience, starting in 2001 as a Software Engineer at IBM. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an IT Professional at IBM. In 2008, Terry joined Macquarie Bank as an Associate and worked there until 2010. They then moved on to IMC financial markets & asset management, where they worked as a QA Engineer from 2010 to 2012. Terry then worked as a Project Manager at J.P. Morgan from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they held the role of DevOps / QA Engineer at Eclipse Trading. After that, Terry worked at Instinet Incorporated as a VP Automation Engineer from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Terry is employed as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Citadel Securities.

Terry Leung obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Information System Management from the University of Waterloo in 2005. Prior to that, Terry also completed a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) degree in Computer Science from the same university.

Terry also obtained the Certified Data Analyst certification from Dataquest in September 2017. In 2012, Terry became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute. In 2011, they gained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance and the Financial Risk Manager certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Furthermore, Terry obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2016.
