Melinda Urban has over 19 years of experience in the financial services and human resources sectors, primarily at Citadel since June 2004, where Melinda holds the position of Head of FICC Business Development and Enterprise Recruiting. Prior roles at Citadel include Sr. Talent Partner, HR Business Partner, Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to Citadel, Melinda gained experience as an Intern and Human Resources Assistant at Morningstar from January 2004 to June 2004.
