Clare Allen

Clare Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Consultant at Sibson Consulting, where they managed client engagements and led transatlantic teams. In 2005, Clare joined CITB, initially serving as a Change Consultant, providing project and program management. Clare later became the Head of Organizational Design, leading efforts to create future blueprints for people, processes, systems, and data. In 2019, Clare transitioned to the role of Head of Strategy at CITB, where they developed evidence-led strategies to address construction skill needs and set the direction for levy and funding strategies. Most recently, Clare joined Laing O'Rourke in 2022 as the Head of the Future of Work, focusing on transforming construction through new operating models and offsite manufacturing approaches to increase productivity and create technical jobs.

Clare Allen earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
