Fabrice Taillefer

Fabrice TAILLEFER is the General Manager of the Salty Division at Groupe Le Duff since September 2022, having previously served as General Manager at Cite Gourmande from December 2013 to March 2024. Under Fabrice TAILLEFER's leadership, Cite Gourmande achieved significant revenue growth from €20 million to €28 million and initiated export activities generating €4 million in 2018. Key accomplishments include launching the Pom Bistro brand and a new organic range, overseeing an €8.5 million capacity expansion project, and developing the business in the United States. Fabrice TAILLEFER has held operational and production roles in various companies within the meat industry, showcasing extensive experience in production management, process optimization, and team leadership, supported by a degree in Agricultural Engineering and previous studies in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology.
