Jeff Gill

Jeff Gill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and leadership development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Leadership Development at CITGO, Jeff has held significant roles such as Principal Consultant at Palmetto Premier Consulting, VP of Learning and Talent Development at Vroom, and Sr. HR Leader for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Leadership Development, and Culture Change at Sasol. Additionally, experience includes serving as HR Director for Learning and Talent Management at Axip Energy Services, LP. Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Business Administration, both from the University of Minnesota.
