Derek Ludwig has held several positions in the past two decades. In 1997, they began their career at Best Buy Inc. as a Computer Sales Manager, where they built and led a retail sales team to #1 in the Chicago market and reached the top ten in the country. Derek was then promoted to act as the senior keyed manager for the store to assist the GM, and was entrusted to recruit, hire, and train all staff for a multi-million dollar earning business. In 1999, they moved to Winstar Communications as an Account Services Manager/General Manager, where they acted as a working engagement manager for all accounts and sales support manager in an IT sales environment. Derek ran an office and call center consisting of 6 separate departments and 30+ individuals for a Fortune 500 IT company and spearheaded a project that integrated call center operations out of state that improved overall customer service by rolling out 24/7 support. In 2002, they joined Service Master as an Account Manager. In 2005, they moved to Fidelity Information Services as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2008, they joined DeVry University as an Admissions Advisor 1. In 2016, they moved to WebQA as a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Citibot as the General Manager Business Development.
